Chen receives messages from God via a ring he wears backward on his right hand.
 

In December 1997, the group interpreted skywriting that spelled out "007" to be a sign from God.  Popular belief was that it was promoting a James Bond film.

 

Chen said God would appear on Channel 18 across the United States of America at 12:01 a.m. on March 25th, 1998 to announce that he would descend on earth the next week.

 

Chen claimed God would appear in Garland on March 30th, 1998 at 10 a.m. in a physical form identical to Chen.

He also predicted that on April 22, 1999, thousands of millions of devil spirits will initiate a mass slaughtering of Taiwanese. 

This will be followed by forty days of flooding (Noah's Ark flood).  The result is a massive Holocaust.

The United States will act as a safe haven and God's spaceships will arrive here to save the survivors and take them to another planet.
